Vietnam Logistics Forum is an annual event organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade since 2013 to promote the development of Logistics services, creating a connection linking Logistics with production and import and export; At the same time, it is a place for dialogue and updating information on urgent issues of Logistics services in Vietnam and the world. With the theme "Logistics and digital transformation for the Mekong Delta", VLF 2023 attracted over 500 delegates, representatives of domestic and foreign businesses to attend.
Sharing at the discussion session on the topic "Logistics facing the challenge of digital transformation, green transformation", CEO of Information Technology, Dongtam Group - Bui Le Hai Nguyen said: "The National Digital Transformation Program comes 2025, orientation to 2030 has been approved by the Prime Minister, in which Logistics is one of 8 industries that need to be prioritized for digital transformation first. Digital transformation plays a very important role in Logistics activities: Improving performance, saving costs, improving service quality, increasing competitiveness and transparency in transportation; Timely grasping of integration trends, improving the entire value chain, enhancing automation of the entire operating and service process, and become a green port and smart port. Accordingly, the port has been operating and providing a full range of seaport and logistics services such as general cargo and container operations; warehousing services; international freight forwarding; water transport; and customs agent".
